Box 400, Daphne, AL 36526 Ph (251) 620-1700 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING An application for preliminary/final subdivision plat review will be considered by the Daphne Planning Commission. Red Tide Properties, L.L.C. proposes a 2-lot subdivision consisting of 4.71 acres +/-, zoned B-4, Major Commercial District, Baldwin County District 15, in the Extraterritorial Planning Jurisdiction of Daphne, located southwest of County Road 64 and County Road 54. The application is available for review at City Hall in the Department of Community Development, 1705 Main Street, during regular business hours. An informal site preview meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
