She was preceded in death by her Mother; Grady Merle Maddox Moates, Father; Thomas Virgil Moates, Husband; John Padget, and Nephew; James B. “JB” Billingsley. She is survived by her, big brother-best friend-husband; Gerald “G” Hagan, Daphne, AL, sister; Carolyn A. Robinson (Johnny) Clanton, AL, niece; Kathy Billingsley Clanton, AL, nephew; Keith Baker (Shelly), Texas, grandnephew; Dustin Virgil Billingsley Clanton, AL, son; Danny R. Whiteside, two grandsons; Danny R. Whiteside II and Brandon Dale Whiteside, and many friends. Brenda was one of those people that you would “want to be your friend”. You may not want to hear something, but if you needed to hear it, she would tell you. If you needed a friend, she would be there. Through Brenda’s employment history she was a branch secretary with Mosler Safe Co., Secretary to General Manager of New United Motor Manufacturing, Office Manager with Environmental Management, Office Manager with Circuit City Stores, Executive Secretary with Rich’s Inc. and Office Manager, Dept. of Psychology Spain Rehab Center.
