Eulila “Lila” Anne Fisk, 77, a resident of Spanish Fort, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
Lila was a graduate of the Providence School of Nursing and served as a RN at Thomas Hospital from 1975 to 2007. She was a member of Spanish Fort United Methodist Church where she was an active member of the Christ Care Small Group. She was also the official Band Nurse for the Fairhope High School band for 6 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Forney K. Hatter and Blanche West Hatter.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis E. Fisk; children, James Michael Odom and Deborah A. (Eric J.) Larkins; sisters, Melinda F. Hankins and Susan I. Crowson.
Services were held at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Spanish Fort United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment occurred at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Jubilee Memorial Gardens in Daphne.
