The Magnolia Springs Public Library’s Summer Reading Program will kick off on Saturday, June 12 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The program will begin with an outdoor program of fun, crafts and activities.
Firefighters of the Magnolia Springs Fire Department will be at the library with a firetruck to assist kids in taking the Mardi Gras beads off of the tree to start. MSVFD gifts will be handed out and participants can tour the truck if they wish. Reading Program bingo cards will be distributed for those who wish to participate. All ages are included, so let the Summer Reading Challenge begin! More will be revealed, so stay tuned and visit the library at 12440 Magnolia Avenue and follow them on social media for updates.
Seeds for vegetables and flowers will also be available to all patrons on June 12.
