On Saturday, May 12, letter carriers all over the country will collect the nonperishable food items left next to your mailbox in order to share them with local food pantries. For the Foley and Elberta Post Offices, that means Ecumenical Ministries! In 2017, our two cities collected over 5000 pounds of food which helped replenish our bare food pantry shelves and keep us stocked through the summer.
