BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The men of Soaring Eagle Ministry in Bay Minette have teamed up with Joe Stevens of Joe’s Cuts in Bay Minette to provide free haircuts for young men heading back to school.

The free haircuts begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, and will be given to the first 25 students who come out that day. The men will also be grilling hot dogs, popping popcorn and handing out cold drinks. Food will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Donated school supplies will also be distributed while supplies last. Donations of school supplies for this event can drop off those items at Bay Minette City Hall.

Joe’s Cuts is at 212 E. First St. in downtown Bay Minette.
