BCHS Tigers will be led this year by first-year head coach Melissa B. Sessions. Sessions grew up in Daphne and played four years for the Trojans and graduated in 2006.

Baldwin County High Volleyball Tigers 2016 hit the floor with new coach

BAY MINETTE, Ala.— The BCHS Tigers will be led this year by first-year head coach Melissa B. Sessions. Sessions grew up in Daphne and played four years for the Trojans and graduated in 2006.

The University of Alabama grad started coaching in the fall of 2009 with the Daphne High Junior Varsity. She also participated in coaching for a local club, Eastern Shore Volleyball Club (ESVC). The same team played through middle school and high school.

This will be Sessions first as a varsity coach. She will also be teaching math.

The 2016 varsity roster for Baldwin County High School includes: Ja-Mocha Adams, Kaya Clemmons, Amanda Frith, Skylar Hyatt, Shakethia James, Jakaycia Lamar, Nia McReynolds, Sarah Mims, Kyra Peoples, Gail Pinkard, Elizabeth Quinnley, Sheridan Stevens, Dixie Waters and Mary Watson.
