Donald “Donnie” Issac Walker, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Mon., Feb. 12, 2024, at the age of 84. “Duck” served two terms as Fire Chief for the Fairhope Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Walker; son, Randy Walker (Beverly) all of Fairhope; grandchildren, Megan Walker Folse (Brian) and Randolph Donald Walker “Bear”; great grandchildren, Kasen Folse, Jaxon Folse and Finley Folse; brothers, Jimmy Walker (Suzanne) and Mike Walker; sisters, Cindy Revette (Johnny) and Debbie Hall (Dick); many other relatives and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 5:00 until 7:00pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Graveside services were held Fri., Feb. 16, 2024, at 10:00 am at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in honor of Donnie’s memory, to the Fairhope Volunteer Fire Department.
