James Cecil Gartman, 81, of Elberta, passed away Jan. 31, 2017.
Funeral service will be Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 at 1 p.m. from Swift Presbyterian Church in Foley.
Interment in Swift Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from noon until time of service.
