Parents at Robertsdale High School reported keeping their students home today after a threat was made to harm students there.
Robertsdale Police posted the following message on the department’s Facebook page:
“We are aware of the threat that was made regarding Robertsdale High School. Investigative efforts are underway to locate the source. At this time, the threat is deemed as non-credible, however there are extra security precautions being taken. There will be an increased police presence in and around the schools as needed.”
Parents have said they were told a list of names was posted on a bathroom wall in the school that indicated those students would be harmed today. Officials have not confirmed this information.
