Richard Christopher "Rick" Stevens, 42, of Fairhope, passed away, Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017.
He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and later moved to Sylva, North Carolina where he lived for many years.
Richard was one of the most caring people you would ever meet and loved his family very much. He enjoyed working in the food service industry, but on any given day, you could find him hanging out playing his favorite card and video games.
He was predeceased by his mother, Margaret Stevens.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Richard and Faye Stevens; and his brother, Gregory David Stevens, all of Fairhope.
A celebration of Richard's life will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at The Dwelling Place, 18246 Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532. Officiating will be Rev. Kenneth Pierce.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to The Dwelling Place.
