Robert Alexander “Lex” Kaechele passed away on November 9, 2020 after a brief illness. Lex was born June 20, 1943 the fifth child of ten children born to Johnny and Thelma Pilgrim Kaechele of Miflin, AL. He was a much loved and amazing husband, brother, brother -in-law, Paw Paw, uncle and true friend to many. He generously shared his Knowledge of mechanics (especially tractors) farming, building and general fixer upper. His grin was genuine and will be long remembered. He will be sadly missed by his wife Deborah, Step-son James Casaday, his wife Lee Ann and their son Tyler Casaday, and the entire Kaechele family. A graveside service will be held in Lay Cemetery, Miflin, AL., on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 10:30am with a gathering to follow at Kaechele Landing 8998 Bay Pines Rd. Elberta, AL to Celebrate Lex’s Life. Memorial gifts can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or a charity of choice.
