Sidney Kaiser, age 65, of Foley, Alabama, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Marsha; his daughters, Melany (Michael) Harmon, Heather (Blake) Martin, Leigh Ann (Ryan) Kelly, Staci (Jake) Kirkland; and seven adoring grandchildren, Lauren (11), Kaiser (11), Lincoln (8), William (4), Maximus (3), Titus (1) and Baby Kelly (due August, 2017).

Sidney was an integral component of George Kaiser and Sons Farm. He later founded Baldwin Paper and Popcorn Company and became an independent contractor in his retirement.

He was president of the board for the Holmes Medical Museum, served on the city of Foley Historic Building Committee, was a member of the Benjamin Franklin Society, was a life member of the National Rifle Association, member of the Optimist Club, life member of the Republican Party, was a third-degree Knight of Columbus, an usher at St. Margaret's Catholic Church and participated in other numerous philanthropic organizations in the South Baldwin community.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 12 at 9:30 a.m. followed by mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley.

The burial will follow at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
