A memorial service for Tara Nicole Eidson, age 39, of Roanoke will be held this Saturday, April 22, 2017, 6 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, Robertsdale, Alabama.
Tara passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Wedowee Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
The family would like to thank The Cancer Center of America in Newnan, Georgia as well as her church family at Bethel for all their love and support during her battle with cancer.
Survivors include, two daughters, Shaela Michelle Evans and Sidney Ruth Eidson, both of Roanoke; her mother, Linda Ruth Edison of Roanoke; two sisters, Crista Silen of New Jersey and Tonya Mason of Newnan, Georgia; and four brothers, Sam Eidson of Roanoke, Brian Eidson of Augusta, Georgia, Joseph Harbin of Hiawassee, Georgia and Edward Harbin of Luthersville, Georgia.
An East Point, Georgia native, Tara was born Oct. 3, 1977. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Roanoke with prior membership for four years at Bethel Baptist Church in Robertsdale, Alabama where she was loved by all.
Tara loved to travel, was an avid softball player, and loved the Auburn Tigers.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Bethel Baptist Church, P.O. Box 908, Robertsdale, AL 36567 to assist with the expenses of her funeral and burial.
