Goodbye, September. Hello, October. That was fast!

With fall in full swing, the weekend calendar is full of events. There were so many amazing events this weekend that we couldn't just pick five. The range on offer includes everything from live music under the stars at Blakeley State Park and Halstead Amphitheater in Fairhope to the Pensacola Seafood Festival and a pop-up art show at Foley Art Center.

Live Music in the Park

  • What: Spend an evening under the oaks and stars in Blakeley State Park with the soundtrack of two local musicians. Live Music in the Park welcomes Kalyn Muller and Mitch Swinney.   • What: The Foley Art Center is hosting an art pop-up in the parking lot with 20 local artists. Stop by and get a head start on your holiday shopping and explore the top-notch art available from talented local artists.

Peninsula Art Show

  • What: The talented residents of the Peninsula neighborhood will hold an arts and crafts show. Magical Melodies: A Disney Cabaret Fundraising Concert

  • What: An afternoon of enchantment and harmony awaits and all for a good cause. The Lighthouse Kids' Choir, Fairhope United Methodist Adult Choir and a list of soloists of all ages will sing Disney classics. The concert benefits the Baldwin Family Village.
