Goodbye, September. Hello, October. That was fast!

Live Music in the Park

"Junie B. Jones the Musical Jr."

• What: A childhood classic book character will come to life this weekend as the Expect Excellence Community Theatre brings "Junie B. Jones the Musical Jr." to the Orange Beach Performing Arts Center stage. This is a great way to introduce your children to the theater. Pumpkin Patch Express

Pensacola Seafood Festival

• What: The Pensacola Seafood Festival enters its 46th year as one of the largest arts and crafts fairs on the Gulf Coast. Spend a day strolling the vendors around Seville Square, listening to music at Bartram Park and delicious food.

Fall Market Day

Foley Art Center Pop-Up

• What: The Foley Art Center is hosting an art pop-up in the parking lot with 20 local artists. Stop by and get a head start on your holiday shopping and explore the top-notch art available from talented local artists.

Peninsula Art Show

• What: The talented residents of the Peninsula neighborhood will hold an arts and crafts show. The variety of work ranges from original art in oil, watercolor, drawings, jewelry, ceramics and more. Overflow parking is available at Peninsula Golf Club and a golf cart shuttle service will be available.

Banned Books Read-In

Magical Melodies: A Disney Cabaret Fundraising Concert

• What: An afternoon of enchantment and harmony awaits and all for a good cause. The Lighthouse Kids' Choir, Fairhope United Methodist Adult Choir and a list of soloists of all ages will sing Disney classics. The concert benefits the Baldwin Family Village.
