Dreaming of the quintessential beach escape? Imagine a resort where convenience meets luxury, offering direct access to Gulf Coast beaches and Gulf State Park. Picture top-of-the-line amenities such as a zero-entry pool and a contemporary pool pavilion seamlessly blending with the natural beauty of the surroundings. If water yoga sessions, movie nights and a plethora of leisure activities sound appealing to you, then look no further than Liquid Life Vacation Rentals' latest gem, Beach Village Resort.

On Feb. 23, Liquid Life declared its appointment as the exclusive property management partner for Beach Village Resort (BVR), nestled along the serene Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach. Less than two weeks later, Liquid Life held a grand opening and ribbon cutting event with the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber on March 5. The event featured delicious food such as filet mignon, sushi and much more for the 300+ guests. The event also featured a photo contest with the winner receiving a three-night stay BVR. Four of the cottages were open for touring, one being a larger cottage still in the process of being completed.

"Beach Village Resort is the place to be," said Sarah Brumagin, the new owner relations and event coordinator at BVR. "We have activities at the resort throughout spring break and summer that are going to be a ton of fun. From poolside yoga, to trivia nights, to movie nights at the pool under the stars, there's really something for everyone."

BVR is a 67-home coastal community in Orange Beach offering convenient access to Gulf Coast beaches and Gulf State Park. Each residence, built to gold-fortified standards, boasts spacious ceilings and outdoor private showers. Dubbed 'casitas', these cottages feature unique names, such as "Sweet and Saltea" and "Toes in the Water," and decor chosen by their owners. With top-notch amenities like a slide, zero-entry pool, lazy river and a modern pool pavilion, the resort combines natural beauty with leisure options. The resort also includes direct access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for guests who like walking or biking through nature. Plus, the resort has a Jeep Beach Shuttle which allows residents to call the office and hitch a ride to the public Gulf Beach across the street.

"Beach Village Resort has been developed with great care and attention to detail, with a goal of providing a quality vacation experience for families," president and owner of Liquid Life Vacation Rentals Randy Hall told Gulf Coast Media. "The pool and lazy river is the nicest on the Gulf Coast. The cottages are five star quality in every way. The resort is just a short shuttle ride to the best beaches in the world."

Under this fresh collaboration with BVR, Liquid Life assumes a comprehensive array of services, encompassing strategic revenue planning, guest services, marketing initiatives, cleaning protocols and maintenance endeavors. Additionally, Liquid Life will take charge of orchestrating resort-style entertainment, elevating the overall guest experience.

"Our team is excited about the opportunity to reveal the true uniqueness of Beach Village Resort," Hall said in a news release. "Our team is working diligently to increase net revenue for owners by providing superior stewardship of rental properties and increasing guest satisfaction by ensuring the best vacation experiences imaginable. We look forward to the opportunity to serve the owners and guests of Beach Village Resort for years to come."

Brumagin echoed Hall's enthusiasm, expressing her eagerness to assist guests and deliver outstanding services tailored to their needs, amidst the backdrop of the resort's stunning natural surroundings and diverse wildlife.

"There's really nowhere else quite like BVR," Brumagin told Gulf Coast Media. "With private gated access to the Gulf State Park trails, it opens up a whole new adventure for guests for walking, biking and animal/nature sightings. You see so much wildlife here. The beach is just right across the street, and our open door Jeep Beach Shuttle makes it convenient & fun. No more dragging coolers down elevators."
