Jacquelynne Johnson, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2023, at the age of 85. She was a career educator; she taught from grade school to college. She loved to travel and was known for her witty sense of humor. She volunteered at the Fairhope Museum. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Chambers. Jacquelynne is survived by her daughter, Jaipher Johnson of Fairhope; son, James R. (Lori) Johnson of John’s Creek, Georgia; five grandchildren, Blake, James, Hayley, Mason, and Madison. Per her wishes, no services will be held.
