Paul Kirkland, 77 years old, of Gulf Shores, Alabama, passed away on Mar. 7, 2024. Paul was born to Margaret and Millard Kirkland on Oct. 12, 1946, in Castleberry, Alabama. After graduation from Vigor High School, Paul attended and graduated from the University of South Alabama. Paul worked for Judge John L. Moore at the Mobile Probate Court for many years and then enjoyed a successful career in real estate. Paul is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ann Henderson Kirkland, his daughter Sheree Kirkland Legg, his 96-year-old mother, Margaret Ruth Kirkland, his brothers Ernest Kirkland and Calvin Kirkland, his stepchildren, Charles Andrew Harrell, and Fredrica Harrell Lewis, his 12 grandchildren, and other relatives. Paul was preceded in death by his son, Paul Chadwick Kirkland, and his father, Millard Calvin Kirkland. Memories of Paul will be held in the hearts of his family and friends who knew and loved him.
