Richard Bradley Stubblefield, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, at the age of 82. He was employed with Greers Grocery Store in Fairhope for over 50 years. He was an avid Alabama fan, and he never met a stranger. Preceding him in death are his sister, Margaret Mae West and his parents, Richard R. Stubblefield and Annie Charles Armstrong.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pat Stubblefield of Fairhope; daughter, Ann Marie O’Neill (Brian) of Fairhope; son, Lawrence “Brad” (Holly) Stubblefield of Foley; sister, Melba Mills of Gainesville, Florida; grandchildren, Brian, Kellie (Kendell), Joshua and Sarah; other loving relatives and many friends.
A celebration of Richard’s life was held Friday, October 13, 2023, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, at 2:00 pm, with visitation beginning at 1:00pm. The interment was held in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
