Ruth Mons Langford, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, at the age of 100. She was a member, and faithful attendee, of South River Park Church. She worked at City Market in Fairhope and was a member of the Ladies Aid Society. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Leo Langford. Mrs. Ruth is survived by her sons, Leo Langford and George Langford (Deborah); three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00pm. The family received friends at 1:00pm. Interment followed funeral service at Silverhill Cemetery.
