Ellen Arnold emerged triumphant in the highly anticipated "Box of Love" drawing, a beloved event organized by the Kiwanis Club of Bay Minette.

Arnold's winnings comprised a diverse array of items, including a custom-built wooden basket from Earnie Ryan, a gift certificate for two ribeye steaks from Street’s Restaurant and a heart-shaped cake from Cakes by Kay.

Additional offerings included practical items such as a Swig cup, an E-Newton necklace, a Camo Tumbler and a variety of seasonings and steak sauces, along with indulgent treats like Valentine’s Day candies and sparkling grape juice. Generous donations from Kiwanis Club members further enriched the prize package. In addition to these gifts, Arnold was also presented with a $125 gift certificate to BC Fitness.

The Kiwanis Club also awarded two "Sweetheart" packages in supplementary drawings. Recipients Mandy Rountree and Nita Jeffers each received Valentine's Day-themed goodies, including candies, glasses, sparkling grape juice and candles.

The "Box of Love" drawing is an annual fundraising tradition organized by the Kiwanis Club of Bay Minette to support its various community service initiatives. This year's event once again showcased the club's commitment to serving the Bay Minette community.
